DTF vs screen printing for shirts
Screen printing is cheaper for hundreds of one-color shirts. DTF wins on everything else: any number of colors, photos and gradients, no setup fees, and small runs that make sense.

If you own a heat press, buying the transfers alone is cheaper: 12" × 12" sheets from $3.50 each.

Is there a minimum order for custom shirts?
No. One shirt is fine. The price per shirt drops at 6, 12, 24 and 48 pieces.
What shirts do you use?
Our standard blanks are Gildan Softstyle or Heavy Cotton, S–XL (2XL+ add $2). Comfort Colors and hoodies are available as upgrades. You can also bring your own garments. Ask us for the press-only price.
How fast are custom shirts ready?
Most orders under 50 pieces are ready in 1–2 business days once you approve the proof. Bigger runs, or blanks we need to order, take 3–5 days. Same-day rush is only for transfer sheets, because finished shirts depend on the colors and sizes we have in stock.
Can each shirt have a different name or number?
Yes. DTF is perfect for personalization. Send us a list of names and numbers with sizes and we print each one.
I own a print shop. Can I resell your shirts?
Yes. We print and press white-label, with no branding on the package, so you can sell finished shirts without owning a DTF printer.
